Give the coordinator a precise destination
Provide the receiving business, town, address and contact details. Identify any unloading restrictions or equipment needs. Country-level coverage does not establish a delivery schedule, so ask for arrangements specific to your cargo and destination.
Agree the movement before the cargo arrives
Discuss the proposed route and who will coordinate each stage. Confirm what information the destination receiver must provide and when it is needed. Do not assume that an arrangement used for another customer or commodity applies unchanged to your shipment.

Plan the receiving handover
Confirm the delivery contact, receiving hours and unloading method. Ask how progress updates will be shared and who should respond if a document or delivery instruction needs clarification. Keep the receiver involved rather than waiting until the truck is close to arrival.
Ask about scope and exclusions
Check whether the quotation ends at a terminal, border point or final premises. Record which destination services are included and who pays for additional work. A clear destination scope helps you compare options fairly.
