Before booking a cargo transporter in Tanzania, agree the vehicle requirements, delivery scope and process for handling changes. A clear transport brief helps the driver, coordinator and receiving business work from the same instructions.

Describe the load accurately
Provide the weight, dimensions, package count and nature of the goods. Mention fragile items, unusual shapes or any special handling requirements. Photographs can help explain a load, but they do not replace measurements. If the cargo description changes after booking, ask the transporter to review vehicle suitability rather than assuming the original plan still fits.
Discuss the route and stopping arrangements
Specify the pickup point and final delivery point. For cross-border work, identify the destination country and consignee rather than using a broad description such as “Congo delivery”. Discuss the planned route, handovers and method for reporting interruptions. Safety decisions should remain with qualified operators; do not pressure a driver to recover time through unsafe driving.
Separate transport from other services
Clarify whether the price includes loading, unloading, waiting time, return of equipment or additional stops. Establish who arranges cargo protection and who receives incident reports. Where insurance is relevant, ask for the applicable cover and terms instead of treating a transport booking as proof that every possible loss is insured.
Put changes through one coordinator
Agree who can approve a new destination, extra stop or replacement vehicle. Record the decision and any cost implications. Conflicting instructions from a buyer, warehouse and consignee can leave the driver uncertain. One nominated coordinator should maintain the agreed plan and keep the other parties informed.
Before the vehicle arrives
Have cargo ready, provide safe access and ensure the correct documents and receiving contacts are available. Good preparation respects the work of the transport team and helps protect the delivery schedule.

This is a useful post for finding broken links within the website, what about links pointing outwards that are broken? I can use a free web service but wondered if this was possible.
Great tool! I am using a redirect plugin to send all my 404s to my home page but I think its slacking sometimes.
