Air freight planning should consider the complete shipment journey, not only the flight. For a time-sensitive delivery in Tanzania, check cargo acceptance, documentation, airport handling and onward transport before choosing a service.

Explain why the shipment is urgent
Tell the coordinator whether the cargo supports a production deadline, stock replenishment or a scheduled project. Provide the required delivery point and the latest useful arrival time. This helps distinguish an urgent need from a preferred date and gives the provider a basis for checking suitable options.
Confirm the packed details
Send the gross weight, dimensions and number of packages. Explain the nature of the goods accurately, including batteries, liquids or other characteristics that could affect acceptance. Ask the carrier or qualified forwarder to confirm any applicable packaging and handling requirements before sending the cargo to the airport.
Coordinate the paperwork early
Ensure the supplier and receiver use consistent cargo descriptions and contact details. Obtain the shipment-specific document requirements in advance. Goods with special handling needs require an expressly confirmed service; an air freight booking by itself is not evidence of temperature control or another specialist capability.
Arrange the airport-to-door stage
Confirm who will coordinate cargo collection after the applicable release steps and how it will reach the receiving premises. Provide receiving hours and a contact who can act if the schedule changes. A short flight does not remove the need to plan the ground stages carefully.
Ask for an end-to-end estimate
Request an estimate that identifies the main milestones, assumptions and exclusions. Compare the complete cost and service scope with other suitable options. Avoid promising your own customer a delivery time that the provider has not confirmed.

This is a useful post for finding broken links within the website, what about links pointing outwards that are broken? I can use a free web service but wondered if this was possible.
Great tool! I am using a redirect plugin to send all my 404’s to my home page but I think it’s slacking sometimes.
